(When you commission the Artist “Ruolina”; you agree to the following terms no exceptions.)

General Information

• The Client agrees that they have read and will agree to the Terms of Service / Acknowledge that they are receiving Digital goods and not Physical, eg; nothing will be shipped to their address, only through Email or Social Media Platforms provided. (They will receive “Terms of Service” on the PayPal Invoice; as-well.)

• Ruolina, the artist has the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

• Client must be of 18+ Years of Age; Artist will be not held responsible for mislead/false information.

• All conversations are recorded to prevent against fraudelent behaviour.

 

Payment

• All payments are to be made through Invoicing. Any other payments outside of invoices will be considered as tip/won't be refunded.

• When Invoices are accepted, they agree to this terms of service and the Artist "ruolina" will not be responsible for any false information or trickery.

• All transactions are done through Paypal via ruolina@hotmail.com

• Prices are in USD; (CAD/GBP is also accepted).

• No work will be started until funds have been received.

• Payments plans are accepted for anything over $150 USD, anything else and it will be full payment required.

• Payment is expected within 48hrs; unless otherwise discussed.

• Refunds are acceptable, however it may take up to a week to fully process via Paypal. As all funds recieved are removed from Paypal for security reasons.

• Full Refunds are available if work hasn't begun, Partial Refunds depend on how much work has been completed on your piece. Once work has been completed, refunds are not allowed.

• Chargebacks are NOT necessary as I always provide ample amounts of communication throughout and work with you throughout. If a chargeback is made then I won’t hesitate to seize all communication/block/blacklist and place on Artists Beware.

 

Process

• Clients will always receive “WIP” (Work-in-Progress) sketches/images through messaging platforms provided; i.e. Email, Discord or Telegram.

• Clients are welcome to ask for WIP at anytime, although this would be provided regardless. (Please have patience, however.)

• Clients will receive a High Resolution & Low Resolution “PNG” image, these will contain a watermark. (Pixel Sizes vary based on Commission Option Chosen)

• Commission work will generally be saved/backed up, however; it is not a guarantee that it will be kept. It is the client’s responsibility to save any images given.

• The Artist may work on various art pieces at the same timeframe; please be patient.

• The Artist accepts specific direction as-well as creative liberty.

• If Deadlines are needed; the Artist must be informed immediately.

• Progress on each commission can be found through “Work-in-Progress” images, or via the Artist’s Queue on Trello.

• Timeframes of Commission completion fluctuate depending on the art style/option selected. Generally it can take anytime between one week and one month.  However; due to the services there can be no exact timeframe of when work will be completed; but there can be estimates which the Artist will happily provide.

• If the Client wishes to have a “Private” commission; a small fee will occur. This is due to how the Artist will lose Promotional ability.

 

Changes

• Changes for paintings can be made during the Sketch/Colour Edits phase; After the Sketch phase/Colour Edits; and the Client has approved there will be no changes unless the Artist allows it.

• For Reference Sheets You’re allowed up to 2 free changes after the lineart stage, but any more will incur a $20 fee for each extra change. Unless I the artist made the mistake. However, Sketch phase there can be more allowances to changes.

• It is the Client’s responsibility to provide full details and correct information. The Artist will not be held responsible for the Client’s mistake.

 

Usage

• The Client may not re-sale any commission/product or claim the commission as their own work.

• The Client is allowed to use their commission for personal use; i.e. Prints, posters.

• The Client can re-post/upload their commission anywhere. However, credit must be given.

• The Artist has full usage rights to all work, this means any commission can be used in/on the Artist’s website, portfolio etc.

• The Artist has the right to distribute commissioned work online and use for anything related to personal promotion or sale.

• If the Client wants to own the right to an image, where the artist will give up their right to the artwork, a fee will occur.

Do’s and Don’ts.
This is a section where the Artist states what they WILL and WILL NOT draw. However; if you wish to discuss this feel free to email – ruolinaillustrations@gmail.com or discuss via Furaffinity Notes, or through Discord/Telegram.

• Copyrighted Characters

• Underage Characters i.e. Cub; Loli etc.

• Extreme Fetishes i.e. Inflation, Macro/Micro, Watersports, Babyfur, Vore. Please contact if you are unsure.)

• Extreme Horror i.e. Zombies, Cannibalism etc. However, Soft Horror theme can be allowed.

• Characters with extremely unnatural colour schemes i.e. numerous tattoos, patches etc. [If unsure, please email me]

• Commissions with Written Information with NO Visual Input. (I can work with Written Information IF images are provided alongside it, however this could delay the process so please be patient if you use this route!)

• Horse Genitalia.

• NSFW Feral.
